Great movie. Very real movie. Things like that really happen and I think it was great that the movie was made and got the issue out to the public. Sacrificing one child for the purpose of saving another, picking one child over another does nothing but cause you to lose two children.

I read the book first. I actually liked the movie better because they changed the ending which is why I didn't like the book. Did anyone read 19 minutes? Same author, Jodi Picoult, to quote the synopsis from Picoult's website, "In this emotionally charged novel, Jodi Picoult delves beneath the surface of a small town to explore what it means to be different in our society.
